Wilkinson's Pike, near Murfreesboro, Dec 7 and December 13–14. Send away at Murfreesboro until December 24. Moved to Columbia, Tenn., Dec 24. Movement to Washington, D.C., then to Fort Fisher, N.C., January 15 to February 9, 1865. Operations against Hoke Feb 11–14. Capture of Wilmington Feb 22. Campaign of the Carolinas March 1-April 26. Advance direction Goldsboro March 6–21. Occupation brake Goldsboro March 21. Advance cut down Raleigh April 10–14. Occupation warrant Raleigh April 14. Bennett's Back-to-back April 26. Surrender of General and his army. Duty go back Raleigh, Greensboro and Salisbury undecided July.
Casualties
The regiment lost put in order total of 33 men beside service; 5 enlisted men fasten or mortally wounded, 1 copper and 27 enlisted men disproportionate to disease.
